What areas do you deliver to? We deliver flowers Sydney-wide and ceramics Australia-wide.

How long does delivery take? For postage orders we use Australia Post’s Parcel Post service. Delivery within NSW takes 2-4 business days and interstate delivery takes 3-6 business days. If you need your order sooner please contact us on 02 96653238. For an additional delivery fee we can arrange an Express Post delivery for you.

Same day Sydney-wide delivery is available if you place your order before 12pm. Please choose the appropriate delivery option depending on the delivery suburb.

Which delivery option should I choose? For flowers, please select a delivery option based on the suburb your order will be delivered to. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies as Local Eastern Suburbs, please contact us on 02 96653238. For ceramic orders within Sydney you can choose any delivery option depending on how quickly you would like your order delivered. For ceramic orders outside of Sydney, please choose the Postage option.

It is the responsibility of the customer to select the correct delivery option. If you are unsure of whether your order qualifies as Local Eastern Suburbs, Sydney CBD or Not Eastern Suburbs or CBD, please contact us on 02 96653238. If the incorrect delivery option is selected the balance of the delivery fee will be deducted from the item purchased. If this is not possible, we will contact the sender to arrange correct payment. 

Will my flowers look like the picture? The pictures of our arrangements are indicative of each floral “Mood” only. The Moods are designed to provide a style guide to give you a sense of the differences between them. Because we use seasonal flowers each arrangement looks different, but that is the beauty of seasonal flowers!

What sized flower arrangement is pictured? The pictures are of our Classic size.

What happens if there is nobody home when my order is delivered by a courier? Your order will be left in a safe place at the delivery address and the recipient will be notified via text. If there is no safe place to leave the order, it will be returned to our shop in Clovelly and the recipient will be contacted to arrange an alternate delivery window.

Will my ceramic order be the same as in the picture? If the item you are ordering has a stock code in its product title, eg: “Large Vase TM106”, this means that you are ordering that specific piece. If the item does not have a stock code, eg: “Large Vase” it means that there are multiple pieces in that style or design. Due to their handmade nature, each piece differs slightly in appearance and dimension.

How do I care for my ceramics? Although many of our ceramics are dishwasher safe, we suggest erring on the side of caution and handwashing all handmade ceramics. Please note that any ceramics with a shiny metallic lustre must be handwashed only. Please take care with any unglazed surfaces as these may stain over time.

Can I see the flowers and ceramics in person? Yes, of course! Our shop in Clovelly is open 7 days a week.
