Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your postage order. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us and tracking from Australia Post.

STORE PICKUP – 27 Burnie St Clovelly NSW 2031:

Orders can be picked up daily, from 9am. You will receive an email from us when your online order is ready for collection.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

During checkout, enter the delivery address and choose the shipping option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Shipping options are as follows:

Flower delivery Local Eastern Suburbs: For flower deliveries, or if you would like your ceramics order delivered within Sydney’s eastern suburbs on a particular date. Please select your desired delivery date using our date picker on the product page.

Flower delivery Sydney CBD: For flower deliveries, or if you would like your ceramics order delivered within Sydney’s CBD on a particular date. Please select your desired delivery date using our date picker on the product page.

Flower delivery Not Eastern Suburbs or CBD: For flower deliveries, or if you would like your ceramics delivered to a suburb outside our Local Eastern Suburbs delivery area on a particular date. Please select your desired delivery date using our date picker on the product page.

Postage: For ceramic orders. We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. When your ceramics order is posted you will receive email tracking.

Please use our date picker on the Product Page to select your preferred delivery date. For postage orders we will do our best to get your order to you by your preferred delivery date wherever possible.

We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY SPEED:

We use Australia Post’s Parcel Post for all postage orders. Estimated delivery speeds are:

Within NSW: 2-4 business days

Interstate: 3-6 business days

If you need your order in a hurry, please call us on 02 96653238 and we will be happy to arrange Express shipping for you. Additional shipping charges apply.

FLOWER DELIVERY POLICY:

All flower deliveries will be delivered within business hours on the selected delivery date.

If nobody is home to receive a flower delivery, the flowers will be left at the address under cover and out of direct sunlight. If it is not safe to leave a flower delivery it will be returned to our shop at 27 Burnie St Clovelly. The recipient will be contacted to arrange re-delivery.
