Artist Statement:

A local of Coogee for over 30 years, I aim to create original ceramic pieces with a unique sense of design and colour. Every piece is lovingly handmade by me at home to be enjoyed as both decorative and practical homewares. My colour palette is mostly bold and many pieces feature surface textures achieved through a variety of techniques. No two pieces are the same.

I work using a white earthenware clay. This allows much of the finished work to feel fine to the touch. All paints and glazes I use are food safe and each piece is twice fired locally.
