I make functional and sculptural objects from clay, in my studio in Botany.
I use various forming techniques like hand building, wheel throwing and slip casting. I enjoy exploring different surface applications such as scraffito, mono printing, and stenciling to create my own designs. I use oxides, underglazes and glazes to highlight these surfaces.
The versatility of clay keeps me interested and inspired. It is a joy to make something from this material.

These cups are stoneware, handbuilt with my own stencilled botanical designs, glazed. Food safe, dishwasher safe, microwave safe. Approx 9x9cm, holds 250mls
