Refund policy

REFUND & EXCHANGE TERMS (CERAMICS):

Buying ceramics online can be confusing, so we’re here to make it easy for you.

Our ceramics are made by hand so slight differences in size, colour, pattern and texture are normal. In fact, being able to see "the artist's hand" is why we love them!

If you’re not satisfied with your ceramics purchase and meet the terms below, please email info@chinaclay.com.au and we'll be in touch. When requesting a ceramics return or exchange:

  • You have 14 days to request refund or exchange.
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must have proof of purchase in order to make a return.
  • Postage costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer & shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Chinaclay does not take responsibility for returned items that may be lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • You will not be charged a restocking fee.

Chinaclay reserves the right to deny refunds & exchanges in the following cases:

  • The return/exchange is requested outside of a 14 day period of item's receipt.
  • The return/exchange item is not returned within 48 hours of the return being approved.
  • The return/exchange item is returned without authorisation.
  • The return/exchange item is damaged or unsellable in any way upon receipt.
  • The return/exchange item is classified as final sale.

 

REFUND & EXCHANGE TERMS (FLOWERS):

Cut flowers are a natural product and are subject to seasonal variation. Vase life can be affected by external factors such as weather, temperature, water quality and after sale care. If you feel you haven't got the best of your Chinaclay flowers, please email us at info@chinaclay.com.au. When requesting a return or exchange on flowers:

  • You have 2 days from purchase to request a refund or replacement.
  • You must have proof of purchase in order to make a return.
  • You have 2 days from receiving a flower delivery to request a replacement.
  • Delivery costs are non refundable.
  • A photograph of the flowers you would like a refund or replacement for is strongly encouraged.
  • We are not able to approve a refund or replacement for change of mind, so please take care when choosing your flowers.
